With over 20 years of training, study, and ongoing professional development in nutrition and health, my work is grounded in a deep belief that the body has an inherent capacity to heal when given the right conditions. My clinical focus includes supporting ADHD and functional mental health, drawing on my experience in integrative and functional medicine.

I work in collaboration with practitioners at Evergreen Doctors and Westleigh Village Medical Centre, where I apply a systems-based approach that recognises the powerful connection between the gut microbiota and brain health.

My clinical process goes beyond surface-level symptom management. I assess key drivers of health through:

  • Optimal blood markers

  • Functional pathology testing, including comprehensive digestive stool analysis

  • Targeted blood chemistry review

From there, I develop highly individualised treatment plans incorporating:

  • Personalised nutrition

  • Lifestyle medicine strategies

  • Targeted supplementation and key nutrients

  • Breathwork and nervous system regulation

Key Areas of Focus

I support clients across a range of interconnected health concerns, including:

  • ADHD and cognitive function

  • Gut health and microbiome optimisation

  • Constipation and bowel dysfunction

  • IBS and digestive disorders

  • Food intolerances and allergies

  • Anxiety and stress-related conditions

  • Menopause and weight management

  • Metabolic health, including type 2 diabetes

  • Nutritional support for type 1 diabetes

  • Low carbohydrate and Ketogenic dietary approaches

This integrative approach is particularly relevant for individuals with ADHD, where gut health, inflammation, nutrient status, and stress physiology all play a critical role in cognitive function, mood, and resilience.

My journey into this field is both professional and deeply personal. As a parent navigating childhood allergies and autoimmune conditions, I experienced first-hand how complex and overwhelming health challenges can be. That experience shaped the way I practise today — with empathy, curiosity, and a commitment to finding answers where conventional approaches may fall short.

Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model, I take the time to understand each person as a whole. Together, we explore not just physical symptoms, but also the mental and emotional landscape that influences health. The goal is to uncover root causes and create a clear, achievable path forward.

In a world saturated with conflicting nutrition advice, I help clients cut through the noise and regain confidence in their health decisions. My role is to guide, educate, and support — so that you can restore balance, improve function, and feel like yourself again.

I work alongside functional medicine doctors in face to face clinic settings both Evergreen Doctors and Westleigh Village Medical Centre. I offer private Telehealth consultations for remote clients, and also see clients face to face in my private clinic at Polestar Pilates, Brookvale.
