Maeve Beary
Clinical Nutritionist
For the past fifteen years, I've been diving deep into the world of nutrition and health. You see, I've always believed in the power of food to heal, just like Hippocrates said. But my journey wasn't just about studying books – it was personal too. As a parent, I faced the challenge of raising kids with health issues like allergies and autoimmune conditions. That's when I realised how tough it can be to figure out what foods are best for our bodies.
So, I decided to blend what I learned from textbooks with what I learned from real life. My approach to helping people get healthier isn't one-size-fits-all. It’s about sitting down with each person and really listening to what they need. We talk about more than just physical health – we dive into how they're feeling emotionally and mentally too. It's like putting together a puzzle, with each piece fitting just right.
Nowadays, with all the info out there about what we should and shouldn't eat, it's easy to feel lost. Trust me, I've been there. After a some time fumbling around in the nutrition wilderness I decided to toss out the old rulebooks and start fresh. I experimented with different foods and listened to what my body was telling me. And you know what? It paid off. Now, I'm on a mission to help others take back control of their health, one meal at a time. Because when it comes down to it, feeling good is about more than just what's on your plate – it's about nourishing your body, mind, and soul.
