Most clients know they want to make a change but are unsure of where to start. Our complimentary consultation can help you understand the next steps in your journey and identify specific health goals. There is no obligation after the call, we just enjoy being a catalyst for healthy change.

Initial Consultation

1 hour 15 mins $220 (via zoom link)

In your initial consultation we take a full case history. We look at all of the body systems to get a complete picture of your overall health and to identify your individual health goals. It’s useful to bring along any recent medical tests or other information that may be relevant. You’ll leave the consultation with some solid practical nutrition advice and details of some steady changes you can put into place at home. It’s the start of your health journey.

Follow up consultation

45 mins $170 (via zoom link)

Your follow-up consultation is an opportunity to review your progress and to discuss a more detailed nutritional plan. Sometimes we add more into the plan, sometimes we take things away and sometimes we discover something new and enlightening from the previous session. It’s also a good time for you to ask questions that might have popped up since your previous visit.

3 month Nutrition Program *BEST VALUE*

If you are looking for full accountability and want to set achievable health targets, this is a program you will enjoy. You will receive ongoing support and motivation with bi-monthly consultations over 3 months to keep you on track.

Our $670 package offers a 20% price reduction in regular 1:1 consults via zoom link and includes:

  • 1 x 75min consultation

  • 1 x 45 min consultation

  • 4 x 30 min consultations

Short Consultation

30 mins $110 (via zoom link)

This session is for when you’re well on your way to optimal health. Along the way you’re going to have questions, need more support or some fine-tuning, and it won’t take a full session. A short consultation is perfect for this.

Colds and Flu Consultation - acute illness focussed

20 mins $60 (via zoom link)

We know that acute illnesses likes colds and flu can be troublesome especially during the winter season. We trust the healing power of your own immune system and understand that sometimes you just need a quick ‘top up’ consultation to select the right nutritional treatment for a full recovery. We will provide you with evidence-based health advice, a prescription for relevant supplements if required and a link for home delivery so you can do a DIY healing job.
